Roche Mazet chardonnay Brut has a luminous pale yellow robe with green tints in which fine glistening bubbles appear. On the nose it displays delicate citrus and orchard fruit aromas. It is fresh and mineral on the palate recalling hints of toasted hazelnuts and quince, enhanced by the sparkle of bubbles.
Served chilled between 7° and 9°C (44° and 48°F), this fresh, delicate wine is great for aperitifs or to accompany a whole meal. It is as good with seafood, foie gras and pan-fried scallops as with desserts, such as an apple tart.
